Terms and Conditions for Crypto Pixels
This Terms of Use sets forth the Agreement between you and Crypto Pixels. (“we” or “us” or “Company”) regarding your use of our web service and mobile applications, specifically including each the “Service”).
Please read this Agreement, because it contains important information about your content (that you own), how information is shared between Hosts and Members, our limitation of liability to you, and your agreement to resolve any disputes by individual arbitration.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using the Crypto Pixels, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please refrain from using the platform.
2. Use of the Platform

5. Disclaimer of Warranty and Limitation of Liability
5.1. Limitation of Liability: In no event shall Crypto Pixels be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Crypto PIxels Platform after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
